Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and any Balance held in such Account may be forfeited.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player may hold only one Account on the 5gjl platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether in the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. 5gjl is entitled to verify any information provided at any time, and the provision of false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
3.5 Exclusions. The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on the 5gjl platform: employees of 5gjl or its affiliated entities; persons who have elected to self-exclude from gambling; persons who have been excluded by PAGCOR or other competent authority.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication (2FA) codes with any third party.
4.2 You must notify 5gjl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 5gjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
4.3 5gjl strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your Account. 5gjl may temporarily lock your Account following multiple failed login attempts as a security precaution.
4.4 All transactions on the 5gjl platform are transmitted via 256-bit SSL encryption. 5gjl will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the 5gjl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 5gjl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 5gjl reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5.5 Withdrawal Fees. 5gjl does not charge fees for withdrawals on the platform side. Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, over which 5gjl has no control.
5.6 Processing Times. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers typically settle within 1–3 hours. 5gjl does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
5.7 Funds Protection. Player funds are held in accounts segregated from 5gjl's operational funds. However, 5gjl Account Balances do not constitute deposits with a licensed bank and are not insured under Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) coverage.
6.1 5gjl may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. 5gjl's minimum default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 5gjl reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if it reasonably suspects that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or collusion with other Players.
6.4 Eligibility. Players must be fully verified (KYC complete) to redeem certain promotions. Bonus eligibility may be limited to Players of specific VIP tiers as stated in each offer.
6.5 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited. 5gjl will not reinstate expired bonuses.

7.3 Error Resolution. 11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5gjl shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any interruption, error, or unavailability of the platform caused by events beyond 5gjl's reasonable control, including force majeure events, third-party system failures, or telecommunications outages; (c) any loss arising from your failure to follow 5gjl's security recommendations, including enabling 2FA and protecting your login credentials.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 5gjl's liability for death or personal injury caused by 5gjl's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.3 5gjl's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of your Account Balance at the time the cause of action arose.
12.1 5gjl collects, processes, and stores Personal Data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your Personal Data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 5gjl will not sell your Personal Data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification providers, and game providers as necessary for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.
13.1 5gjl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
